the place was clean with a nice design and super-friendly staff. i have stayed in single room with practical boiler and fridge for 1 night. the breakfast was extensive, overall food was nice.
Can’t fault anything about it.

Comfortable spot with a cool tapas restaurant and friendly staff 👌. You can easily check in by yourself, and there's parking just nearby.

Modern yet comfortable and stylish - good breakfast selections and plenty of time to enjoy it........security swipe card for main door entry.
Not too keen on the elevator having opening glass door and necessity to hold down buttons to move between floors.

Free wifi
Price/quality was not oke, paid 102.5 €. I travel very frequently, more than 90 overnight stays during the year, and I would rate this hotel not more than 75 €. Breakfast costs you 9.50 €, limited choice and bread rolls are fresh from the freezer... There is no parking on site, nor 100 metres away if you are arriving after 18.00. So, be carefull if you would select this hotel as having free parking

Cozy spot with really friendly and welcoming staff. the single room had a fridge and the bathrooms looked pretty modern. the service was super nice and they have parking close by. Overall, everything was just great! 🌟

Extremely clean, everything in order, quiet, nice location near the old city center and canals, no parking problems (which is by no means the general case in Utrecht), friendly ambiance. Reasonable price.
Just a warning. This was not a problem for me but there are no lifts to the rooms.
